Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (processing time can take longer depending on our current order volume), transit time is typically 3-5 days once shipped.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. 

 

****If you select NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED shipping when you are checking out, your package will be delivered to your address without a signature. We will not refund any items not received claim when the tracking of the shipment shows delivered. By selecting SIGNATURE REQUIRED shipping, you will protect your package if it gets lost, stolen or delivered and never received. If you believe your shipment was lost, stolen or delivered and not received, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Buyers:

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for any applicable customs and/or duties on your order. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office. Packages that are returned due to duties unpaid will be refunded upon receipt minus any fees to reimport the items. Shipping fees will not be refunded. In many cases, the cost to retrieve the items back to Paris Drip will be more than the value of the actual product(s). In these cases, the package will be abandoned and there will not be any reimbursement. This will also apply to any refused packages. Please note that refused packages are a choice by the buyer and that most chargeback and PayPal cases in these scenarios are successfully challenged by our customer service team. Please do your best to help us help you resolve these situations. 

Pandemic / High Order Volume Schedule

(Due to the pandemic and or very high order volume, some orders may take 14 or more days to process, that does not include weekends and holidays). Email ParisDrip@Gmail.com with any questions and or concerns. 

PRE-ORDER / SALE ITEMS

Unless stated otherwise, all preordered and sale / discounted items can 2-4 weeks to be produced by our team. (All products are meticulously made custom garments) Preorders and sale / discounted items can not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances  


You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.

We ship a majority of our orders via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Package Class for shipments under one pound. For orders over one pound, we primarily ship U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. Most shipments do not require signature and will be left at your door/mailbox. In addition, depending on the value of your order, we may ship your package whereby a Signature is Required.

PLEASE NOTE, IF AN ADULT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY, WE SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ASAP. AFTER A SECOND ATTEMPT IS MADE TO OBTAIN A SIGNATURE, YOUR ORDER WILL EVENTUALLY BE RETURNED BACK TO US.

THERE IS NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WHEN, AND IF, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO US.

We do not allow local pick-up from our warehouse.
